Suleyman and Jane were the best finds we made in Turkey. After looking at over 30 properties with various agents they found us an outstanding luxury property that ticked all our boxes and more. The whole process from start to finish was with their help and guidance making everything run as smooth as possible. Without them we would have been lost trying to navigate through all of the paperwork from registering the TAPU to setting up the rental company. Suleyman’s team did a fantastic job with the renovations adding all the 5 star facilities that we wanted to make our Villa extra special Jane was a huge help too with choosing all the additional furnishings, colour combinations , taking us to Fethiye shopping and so so much more. They both were such a massive help which really takes the pressure off you. Both companies run separately and can independently deal with all aspects of buying and selling property but have teamed up and I think naturally divide the many tasks in hand very well and take on what they find most enjoyable first and at the same time sharing the laborious tasks as well. A very big thank you to Suleyman Akı at KPS ( For Sale in Kalkan ) and Jane Nizamoğlu for resolving an 8 month nightmare! Having failed to complete the sale of our apartment with a private buyer on three occasions they found us as serious buyer with the funds to complete - from deposit to completion was a mere two weeks. Their professionalism throughout was impressive but also too was their constructive problem solving - all done with calm good humour. Our first problem (legal) was overcome in two hours and the second (out of date valuation) in 24 hours. Moreover, now, after completion of the sale, they are both actively continuing to assist us with an ongoing legal problem, giving up their time at this busy time in the season which we really appreciate!

So my husband, Paul and I have been madly in love with Kalkan since we came on our honeymoon in 2005 and have been about 20 times since ! Our dream was always to move here. We had planned to do it in 2025 when we hit 55 however having known Jane of Lale Homes for the last 12 years, we wanted to chat with her about our plans when we were here on holiday in June.
